Easy BBQ Chicken Pizza

Barbeque Chicken Pizza is one of my favorite kinds of pizza. I was trying to think of an easy dinner to make last week and pizza sounded delicious. I had bought some chicken breasts to shred for either a pizza or burritos, so I decided to go for pizza first. I used this recipe to shred the chicken and it turned out really well. I shredded four breasts and saved the shredded chicken I didn't use to reheat for burritos later on. I didn't feel like making a crust, so I just grabbed one of those pre-made Boboli pizza crusts.

Ingredients

Diced Tomatoes
Diced Onions (I only had yellow onions, but red ones are yummy too!)
Cilantro
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Barbeque Sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
Pizza Crust

Directions

*Preheat your oven to 450 (or follow the directions on your store-bought pizza crust)

*Spread your barbeque sauce on and sprinkle some cheese, then put the rest of your ingredients on (in whatever quantities you like on your pizza) and a little more cheese.

*Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until your cheese looks sufficiently melty.

*Proceed to inhale pizza too quickly & burn tongue.
