Oh man! Life has been crazy the past few days! I'm in full-on wedding planning mode... I can't believe my wedding is next week! Holy cow. I finally got around to uploading the photos from my bridal shower today. It was a ton of fun! It was at Gibson's Frozen Yogurt, so delicious! We snacked on little frittata appetizers, lavender lemonade, mimosas and then loaded up on frozen yogurt. Mmmmm. And everyone had to grab a ring pop engagement ring and wear it so they could be matching with me!
Kaela, one of my bridesmaids, made these amazing little paper dolls of me using some of my outfit photos from my blog! There were different outfits and shoes, different hair colors, and even a paper doll version of my wedding dress! After everyone was done cutting out their doll and dressing it, they all stood in a line with their paper dolls and then I picked a winner who styled the best outfit, haha!
Later there was another crafty activity where they took magazines and flipped through them cutting out marriage advice and then glued them on a piece of paper. It was fun to see people's different interpretations and their artistic rendering!
Kaela and Kristi did all the decorations and they made those cool tissue paper puff balls themselves! So awesome!
