Today I went to the state fair. The fair is mostly just wading through the masses of humanity, but it was kind of fun. I ate my most favorite fair food: Salmon Quesadillas. I am going to have to find a good recipe for salmon quesadillas because these ones at the fair are so delicious. They aren't smoked salmon quesadillas, but the salmon has the most amazing seasoning. I must do some experimenting...

Speaking of seafood, here is my tasty lunch from yesterday. Yummy sushi! The grocery store right next to my house has great sushi, which is so nice because grocery stores often have nasty sushi.
