I'm going to be riding my bike a ton this summer (oh hey, exorbitant gas prices), so I'm thinking of starting a weekly-ish series of Bike related posts! I say weekly-ish because I've never ever been able to keep a weekly series going, so I'm not even going to pretend like it's going to be consistent. There are just so many beautiful cyclists out there, both on the streets of Tacoma, and around the globe! When it was sunny the other day so many cute cyclists rode by and I wanted to snap their photo so badly!
I'm also thinking of giving my fixed gear a makeover, so I might cover that too. Oh, and we have this abandoned vintage bike rusting away on the side of our house and I really want to rescue it... so if that happens I'll share my progress in getting that old girl back in business.
The top two photos are from the London Tweed Run last April. It looks like so much fun! I seriously want to get a mini Tweed Run going in Tacoma. What's better than dressing to the nines in vintage garb and cycling around in a mass of stylish cyclists? Wow, say the end of that sentence five times fast.
That last photo is basically an illustration of what I want all summer to be like. Sheer dresses, sun and biking. Well, all of them are an illustration of what I want summer to be (hence the title, "summer inspiration").
