Lately, since settling into my kitchen more, I've been wanting to do some cooking! I found this recipe online a couple weeks ago and had been plotting to whip it up at some point and finally did so at the beginning of the week. Oh man is it tasty (and oh-so filling)! I've been eating leftovers all week. I fell in love with gourmet mac and cheese at camp this summer when I started going through a put-barbeque-sauce-on-everything phase (which is a pretty glorious phase when it involves Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce + camp food), and the camp mac-n-cheese was SO GOOD topped with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Imagine my excitement when I ran across that very bbq sauce as I was shopping for the mac-n-cheese fixins! It was meant to be. Ah, camp food recreated. So good. So good.
