I was searching Flickr for some good Winnebagos to paint this semester and I came across this wonderful advertisement for an old Winnebago...
and OH MY GOD. I want to live in that thing. I want my house to always look like as much like the interior of a 1970's Winnebago as possible. Please don't even think I'm joking. This ad almost made me want to go sell my eggs so that I could buy one on craigslist. Okay, I haven't quite ruled that out yet...
The interiors of these things just make me giddy. I can't even tell you how much I love all things tacky and 70's. The fake wood veneer! The avocado green shag carpet! The heinous uphulstory! The overly tan lover handing me a draank! Okay, I am joking with that last one. Maybe just the overly tan part, actually. I hope to God it would have a David Bowie 8-track already in it...
