Well, I finally took the magazine to the printers today. I haven't heard back from them yet, I'm supposed to get a look at something to make sure they are doing it right.
There's the first issue! It's smaller than I had intended, but I expect the following issues to have more content since I'll have more people working on it than just me. Now on to issue 2!!! Infinity and beyond...
