On the Thursday before the wedding my bridesmaids, some good friends and I all went out and painted the town red for my bachelorette party! I decided it'd be really fun to dress up in vintage dresses, sip on fancy cocktails and have a Mad Men party! We all got gussied up in our fancy frocks, teased and curled our hair and headed out on the town. Kaela handmade all the bridesmaids and me some fancy little badges to wear in lieu of those "Bachelorette" sashes, so cute!
We also had a Don Draper! One of my friends from camp, Sam, dressed up all fancy, slicked his hair, put on a Don Draper hat and drove us around all night as our designated driver! He even made us an awesome mix cd for the night full of Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra and more so we could travel in style. Plus he has a zippo lighter on hand so he could light us up when we needed. What a gentleman!
We started out at 1022 South with just the bridal party to open presents and have some of 1o22's amazing drinks. My bridesmaids gave me some incredible presents including a super comfy satin robe and a bunch of pretty lacy things! Kaela got us all candy cigarettes to we could be all Mad Men-y pretending to smoke inside.

After 1022, we met up with the rest of the party girls at the Harmon Tap Room for more drinks and some bachelorette party games. I also received some unsolicited marriage advice from random strangers, haha!
After the Tap Room, we ended the night at DOA. Here I stuffed my face with their delicious pulled elk sliders and had many tasty cocktails placed in front of me. There are many many photos of silliness, as a result, including some of my BFF and me attempting to do the can can on the dance floor, haha! My bridesmaids came back with me to my house and did a little more dancing in the living room before hitting the hay to get our beauty rest for the big day on Friday-- the Bridesmaid's Luncheon, making flower arrangements, the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner!
