The Jean Genie

Camp is winding down and there is only one more week left of campers before I head back to town. It's been absolutely crazy and non-stop this whole summer, but there's been a ton of food for thought and my brain is bursting with ideas and projects and inspiration. One thing that I've really become excited about is trying to figure out how to use blogging in ways to support other people and causes, so hopefully I can start doing some of that too! And if I can get my act together (after camp is done, of course), I'm hoping to be able to get some E-Courses up! I've got one in the brainstorming/outlining phase, and Tieka and I have another NYFW E-Conference in the works!

Since I am at camp, it seemed only appropriate to rock the denim on denim look. Since coming to camp my daily outfits have changed from skirts and dresses to jeans, t-shirts and sweatshirts. Not too exciting, but necessitated by the fact that my job mainly entails leading highschoolers in doing work projects like cleaning out recycling bins, sanding picnic tables, and painting ceilings. Not really the kind of work during which you'd want to don your cutest dress. On the weekends when I have my 24 hour break I love wearing dresses, though. So nice to let my legs breathe the fresh summer air once in a while!
