Yesterday it was so sunny it felt like a shame to stay inside and work, and since I have no yard where I can lay on a blanket I instead crawled atop my car and sunbathed up there! Well, not legit bathing-suit-wearing sunbathing because I have neighbors who I don't really care to see me in a bathing-suit. It was such a lovely day yesterday and today and Sunday are supposed to be even better! I think Tacoma may have finally gotten the memo that it's summer. It was nice to be able to comfortably sit outside. I did a bit of reading, drank sweet tea, worked on blog designs, and got a sunburn. Booyah.

When I received this top from Threadcase I knew immediately it was going to be my go-to summer top. I've been wanting something like it for a while. It's light and breezy and the lace detail on the sleeves and shoulders is so nice and feminine. I'm trying to stock up on separates because somehow over the last year I became a dress person and wore separates far less frequently. I smell a change in the air though, separates are making their way back into my pink and turquoise haired life!
